The client

Recoverlution Ltd

Recoverlution is a UK platform for what happens after rehab, using technology to extend human support rather than replace it. It sells to rehab facilities, so three audiences read the same site: the small leadership team who buys, the patient who uses it, and the therapist who is usually sceptical of anything digital.

  1. 01Understand what is being soldThe kickoff went deep on the model: the platform tracks recovery progress on a traffic light system, and the site has to argue return on investment, patient retention and aftercare as a differentiator, not features.
  2. 02Three pillars, three journeysMessaging split across rehabs, patients and therapists, with the homepage restructured so each one finds their own path instead of reading past the others.
  3. 03Design the product, not just the pageDashboard, Flight Paths, the wellbeing library and the Inner Compass scale were all worked through, with the content journey running Monday, Wednesday and Friday and a next button that removes the decision entirely.
  4. 04Mobile first, because patients arePatients reach it through a companion app, so the app flow was wireframed before any screen design and built to feel closer to a social app than a clinical tool.

Questions

Asked about this work

Why illustration rather than photography?

Recovery imagery goes wrong quickly with stock. Abstract particle work carries the mood without putting a stranger's face on someone's story.

How is the product explained?

One diagram on the Nexus page names the five pillars, then a feature grid underneath breaks each into plain sentences.

Does the site speak to clinics or to patients?

Both, on separate routes off the same navigation, so a rehab director and a family are not reading the same page.
