The client

Klaatch

Klaatch is a US health tech company that measures loneliness and disengagement and plugs into the systems care teams already use. We run LinkedIn outreach from the founder's own profile into ACOs and health plans. The target set on the calls was up to 800 connection requests a month to book two or three calls a week.

  1. 01How they came inIntroduced through Health Biotech Partners. The first calls set the shape: outreach from Adam's own profile rather than a company page, into ACOs and health plans.
  2. 02Fix the positioningWe moved the pitch away from engagement platforms and towards measuring disengagement, and mapped the competitors who actually sit in that lane.
  3. 03Tier the listsSales Navigator accounts and leads sorted into A, B and C, starting with smaller ACOs so the messaging could be tested before it went wide.
  4. 04Run it and show the numbersConnection requests and follow-ups on automation, posts approved by the client, UTM links and Google Analytics feeding a short weekly check-in. Targeting later shifted to mid-level technical people because the senior titles were acting as gatekeepers, and AI visuals were replaced with real photographs.
The work

Social media design

Three explainer posts, each built on one visual device: a timeline showing signal ahead of data, a two-column shows-versus-misses table, and a map of outreach channels around the person on the receiving end.

Questions

Asked about this work

What is the work here?

Social design. Each post takes a single argument and lays it out as a diagram rather than a block of text.

Why diagrams rather than copy?

The arguments are comparative. What the data shows against what it misses, or a signal that arrives weeks before a metric moves. A comparison reads faster as a layout than as a sentence.

Is the design consistent across posts?

Yes. Same blue and amber pairing, same headline treatment, same amount of breathing room, so the set reads as one voice in a feed.
