Personal BrandingMalavika Mookherjee Mitra
Malavika positions herself as a fractional Chief of Staff for Indian-origin high net worth families living abroad, standing between a client and everything trying to reach them. That means the whole brief runs on trust and discretion, not reach. We built the introductory deck, the landing page, the LinkedIn presence and the video where she explains the work in her own words.
- 01How they came inAn introductory call about building a proper funnel for a service that sells on trust: a landing page, a deck, LinkedIn outreach and a video, phased over eighteen months.
- 02Write before designingKickoff set the positioning first, the wall between a client and the outside world, and the deck structure was agreed on paper before a designer touched it.
- 03Take the feedback properlyThe first deck missed. Too many slides, AI images that distorted her face, inconsistent copy. We changed designers, cut the slide count, used real photographs, held to two fonts and her cream, blue and red, and added a one-page version.
- 04Build out from the approved deckOnce the deck was signed off it became the source for everything else: the landing page, the optimised LinkedIn profile and outreach sequences, and the introductory video shoot.
Brand and identity
A single-page profile card in navy and red. Photograph, positioning line, what she does, who she works with and what a client can expect, all on one side so it can be handed over or forwarded whole.
“I bring order to complexity, structure to movement, and quiet strength to the world's busiest lives.”
The line carried across Malavika's site
Website and store

Asked about this work
What was built here?
A brand identity, a website and a one-page profile card for a Chief of Staff practice serving UHNW families and private offices.
Why is the call to action worded that way?
It reads Request a Confidential Introduction. For a referral-led practice, Book a Call sets the wrong expectation from the first click.
Why a printed profile card as well as a site?
Introductions in this world get forwarded. A single page that carries the positioning, the scope and the contact details travels better than a link.
