Barofile: work by MarketinCrew
The client
Barofile
Barofile is a maths learning product out of France. We built the route to market, targeting French foundations, retailers and NGOs first, and ran the outreach and the video content behind it.
- 01How they came inOlivier and Rodolphe had the product and needed France to work before anywhere else. Indian NGOs were ruled out early on cost and competition.
- 02Who to approachA built list of French foundations, retailers and NGOs, with a separate deck for foundations because a foundation does not read an NGO pitch the same way.
- 03OutreachLinkedIn and email campaigns run from Rodolphe's profile, with an online booking system so interested contacts pick their own slot and Rodolphe or Olivier join the call.
- 04Content and the honest resetInfluencer videos collected and pulled onto the site. Consent rules around filming children in France limited what could be produced, and the product did not line up neatly with the French curriculum, so the plan shifted to teacher workshops rather than parent facing content.

Questions
Asked about this work
What stage is this at?
In progress. The engagement covers an audit and a first batch of content, and the retainer is still running.
Who is the audience?
Parents and teachers of children roughly three to ten. The material is written in French and refers to French school year groups.
Why lead with the classroom trials?
Because 1,500 trials and a teaching adviser behind the design is the strongest thing the product has to say, and it was not showing up anywhere in the feed.

Social media design
The first content batch, all in French. Real classrooms and real kitchen tables, no stock imagery, with the teaching adviser and a child working the bars in most frames. Green and blue on white, the registered wordmark on every tile, and one arithmetic problem per post.
