LifestyleSaanwee
Saanwee is a performing arts school in the US teaching dance, music and art, run by Priti Gupta. We look after the website and its SEO, the Google Business Profile, and the design work for classes, camps, recitals and festival events. We also built out the separate wedding dance lessons side of the business.
- 01The calendar drives everythingSummer camps, Ganesh Chaturthi, Garba and Diwali, Halloween, the winter recital. Each one gets its own page, flyer and listing, planned months out rather than the week before.
- 02Flyers that actually tell people what to doDate, time, location, fee and a QR code on every one. Real photos of their own students instead of stock or AI images, and front and back supplied as one print-ready file.
- 03Found locallyMeta titles and descriptions on the camp and class pages, weekly Google Business posts, and the classes listed consistently across Eventbrite, Facebook Events and Google.
- 04A separate home for weddingsThe wedding dance lessons sit on their own site with their own pricing and a calendar booking link, because couples looking for a first dance are not the same audience as parents booking a kids class.

Website and store
Six views of the site. The founder's story, the class formats split into video tutorials, in-person and live online, plus press, testimonials and a competition record, all funnelling into a single booking action held in the top bar.
Campaigns and posters
Six campaign pieces for recitals, festivals and workshops. The Mosaic Festival flyer is the template: date, time, venue, who can join, the fee and exactly what the fee includes, ending in a text-to-confirm line.
“A class school lives on the next intake. Every post has to end somewhere you can book.”

Asked about this work
What does the retainer cover?
Social media management and website management, plus the campaign and print artwork for classes and events.
What did the organic social do?
In August 2025, profile visits rose 59%, reels reached 4.9K views and 56% of reach came from people who did not already follow the account.
Why does every flyer end in a confirmation step?
Because a class or a festival slot has a headcount. Interest is worth nothing until someone registers.
