Sabrang
Sabrang runs Indian cultural events for the community in the US. We handle the marketing around each one: the invitation design, the RSVP and ticketing setup, the social pages, and the outreach into local WhatsApp and Facebook community groups.
- 01Start with the invitationA two page PDF invite, the first page almost bare with the performer on it, the second carrying date, venue and detail. Minimal and elegant, which is what they asked for.
- 02Make the RSVP easyEventbrite with a QR code, a simple registration page on their own site, and WhatsApp as a fallback for people who will not use a form.
- 03Use the networks they already havePersonal video messages from the organisers instead of a flyer, shared into existing WhatsApp and Facebook groups, plus an Instagram page so guests can tag and reshare.
- 04Build past the eventInformal, low pressure gatherings rather than webinars, because trust is what brings this community back. Anything carrying a regulated brand goes through compliance before it is published.
