Beacon is a hotel group in India that runs under the line Smart Efficient Hotels. The properties named in the work include Central Beacon Hotel in Surat, Viola Beacon Resort in Lonavala, T2 Beacon near Mumbai and Hotel KK Beacon. We handled the social media.
- 01How they came inA hotel group with properties in several cities and one social feed to carry all of them. The brief was to build awareness and give people a reason to book, not to post room photographs.
- 02What we took onSocial media for the group. We wrote and designed the posts, chose the photography and kept every property under one visual system so the feed reads as one brand.
- 03How it runsEach post is anchored to a specific property and a specific reason to be there. Nearby landmarks and drive times for the resort properties, spa and service for the city hotels, guest lines where a guest said something worth repeating.

Campaigns and posters
Six posts built around the reason someone books rather than the room they sleep in. Tiger Point and the Lonavala waterfalls with drive times from Viola Beacon Resort, the Bandra Worli sea link at 35 minutes from T2 Beacon, the Shagun Spa at Central Beacon in Surat, and a guest line about polite staff over a shot of Hotel KK Beacon.

What did MarketinCrew actually do for Beacon Hotels?
Social media. We wrote, designed and scheduled the posts across the group's properties.
Why do the posts talk about places that are not the hotel?
Because that is what people search for before they book. A waterfall 14 minutes away is a stronger reason to stay at Viola Beacon than a photograph of the lobby.
Does one design system cover all the properties?
Yes. Every post carries the same logo lockup and layout logic, so Surat, Lonavala and Mumbai read as one group rather than four separate hotels.
