HospitalityPanorama
Panorama is the Italian dining and wine side of the business, and the wine list is the whole story, right down to the Guinness World Record. We run the content, the search work and the campaigns that sell the wine programme, and we keep it honest: real photos of the room and the food, never anything that looks generated.
- 01Build the pages search can findNew homepage sections for Italian dining and the wine experience, an FAQ, and private event space pages laid out the same way as the hotel's banquet listings so the two properties read as one group.
- 02Real photos onlyOver edited and AI looking images were pulled and replaced with raw shots from staff and photographers. Guests tagged in photos are asked for permission before anything is reused.
- 03Campaigns around the wineWine of the Month and Friday Night Flights run monthly with fresh video. Wine classes go to wine club members first, then to the public, which is what makes them sell out.
- 04Reviews as a search channelReplies to reviews are written individually, never templated twice, with keywords carried through so they lift the organic ranking as well as the rating.

Asked about this work
How many events does this cover?
A rolling calendar. Brunches, winemaker dinners, graduations, holidays and private celebrations, each with its own piece.
Why put the phone number on the artwork?
Because the booking happens on the phone. If the number is not in the frame, the post is doing half a job.
Do you cover the hotel as well as the restaurant?
Yes. Rooms at Penn's View run in the same feed, framed as the reason to stay rather than drive home.

The everyday feed. Wine poured and shot close, hotel rooms lit warm for the stay a little longer pieces, and short lines that sound like someone at the bar said them.
