Mini Punjab
Mini Punjab is a Mumbai restaurant brand that runs three things at once, a restaurant, a catering operation and a banquet business. The menu is North Indian, Mughlai and Chinese, built around the tandoor, kebabs and biryani. The account we work on is the Vashi outlet.
- 01How they came inA kitchen with a lot of menu to show and no consistent way of showing it. Dishes were being photographed one at a time, on different days, in different light.
- 02What we took onPhotography at the restaurant, the monthly grid for the Vashi account, story artwork, and the offer creatives that go out when a deal or an event is running.
- 03How it runsOne shoot covers dishes, drinks and the room. Those frames then split across the grid, the reels and the story templates, so a single day of work carries several weeks of posting.
- 04Where it standsThe feed runs on a maroon and cream template set with script headlines. Dish posts, reels, room shots and offer artwork all sit inside it, which is what makes the grid read as one place.
