Nilaya Resort
Nilaya is a boutique resort, and the brief was to make it read that way rather than sit in the same bracket as everything around it. The content had to be real guest experience, not stock, and it had to be legally clean, so nothing goes out that the property cannot actually deliver.
- 01Take control of the accountsFirst job was security. The previous account manager came off every admin and editor role, and the profiles were updated against the current GST trade name.
- 02Shoot the property as it isThe shoot was timed around the new pickleball court and the renovated villa being finished, so the visuals show what a guest will actually walk into.
- 03Fix the ratingsA reputation push aimed at roughly 150 genuine reviews across Google and TripAdvisor over three to four months, posted steadily rather than in a burst.
- 04Position it as boutiqueWebsite and content reframed the property as boutique and semi luxury, with an FAQ section added, and approvals moved to WhatsApp so a remote property is not waiting days on a yes.

Questions
Asked about this work
Why one amenity per post?
Because a guest books a feeling, not a list. One picture, one line, one thing to want.
Are the photographs of the actual property?
Yes. Every frame in this set is Nilaya itself.
What changes seasonally?
The copy and the framing. The same terrace reads differently in a summer post than it does in a monsoon one.

Social media design
Amenity carousels and seasonal posts. Alfresco dining under the palms, private pool villas lit at dusk, cane chairs on a stone terrace, each with one plain caption card and an inset second view.
