HospitalityS&F
S&F is Spices & Flavours, a restaurant with a wide menu. It runs from chaat and tandoori through to pesto pizza, bruschetta and sushi, all coming out of one kitchen.
- 01How they came inA menu that crosses several cuisines is hard to post about without the feed looking scattered.
- 02What we took onThe content and social programme built around the room, the plates and the people in it, with production handled by MK Studios.
- 03How it runsOne plate per post, shot close and lit warm, with the dish name set in a script over the frame. Cream and gold hold the whole grid together, so a pesto pizza, a tandoori cheese tikka and a sushi roll still look like they came from the same restaurant. Menu launches get their own layouts that group three or four new dishes on one card.
- 04Where it standsForty seven social pieces plus the new menu artwork.
