Top in Town: work by MarketinCrew
Top in Town
Top In Town is a kitchen and bar. The food runs coastal and North Indian, kolambi rava fry and dal makhani, grilled corn with three chutneys, and the bar side is draught beer and cocktails. Big screens and live sport are a real part of the trade, so match nights are a fixture on the calendar.
- 01How they came inA kitchen and bar with two different jobs to do online: sell the food, and fill the room on match nights.
- 02What we took onPhotography, the dish-led social feed, and the campaign artwork for live sport and offers.
- 03How it runsTwo visual registers. Dish posts are dark, warm and quiet, one plate at a time with a serif dish name. Match campaigns are loud, orange and textured, with the screen, the beer and the offer all in one frame.
- 04Where it standsTwenty five pieces across campaign, feed and photography, enough that a new dish or a new fixture can be turned around inside the existing system.
Campaigns and posters
Match-night and offer artwork. Grunge orange over a stadium screen, draught beer and the barrel in shot, the offer in a yellow ribbon and the call to action as a solid button at the bottom.
“Reserve your table now, or walk in and join the fun.”

Photography
Food shot for the menu and the feed: grilled corn on the rack with its chutneys, plated curries, and starters on banana leaf. Daylight and prop-light both used, kept close so the texture reads at feed size.

Social media design
Dish-led posts on a dark ground, one plate each, with the dish name set in a high-contrast serif and a one-line description under it. The plate stays lit and the type stays off it.
