HospitalityVice
Vice is a global tapas bar and lounge in Mumbai, off Juli Tara Road near Kings Hotel. It runs on a calendar: Sunday brunches, Kitty Party Wednesdays, tapas-and-wine offers, festive packages and a rotating set menu, each of which needs artwork before the booking window opens.
- 01How they came inA bar with a full events calendar and no consistent way to announce it. Every brunch, kitty party and offer was being designed from scratch, so nothing looked like it came from the same room.
- 02What we took onOne design language for the whole calendar: deep, warm, gold-on-dark, food shot close and lit like the room itself. Then a format for each recurring occasion so the next one is a swap, not a redesign.
- 03How it runsWeekly creatives across offers, set menus and festive packages, sized for feed, story and print, with the booking number and the terms always in the same place.
- 04Where it standsA recognisable look across the whole calendar. A regular scrolling past a Vice post knows it is Vice before they read the words.
Brand and identity
Sunday Brunch, Kitty Party Wednesdays and the tapas-and-wine offer, each with a fixed layout so a new date is a swap rather than a new design.
Campaigns and posters
Festive packages, celebration nights and limited offers, all carrying the same gold-on-dark register the room actually has.
“Plates somehow land up on every table.”
Vice campaign line, written and designed by MarketinCrew
Print and packaging
The five-course set menu and the in-house pieces, designed to sit on a dark table without disappearing into it.

Asked about this work
What did MarketinCrew do for Vice?
Campaign and social media design for a global tapas bar in Mumbai: recurring formats for Sunday brunch, Kitty Party and tapas offers, festive campaigns, set menus and in-house collateral.
Do you design for bars and restaurants?
Hospitality is one of our largest verticals. Vice sits alongside Spice Laundry, Munchbox, The Little Easy, Razzo and others in our restaurant and bar work.
Can you handle a weekly events calendar?
Yes, and it is the reason Vice's design system exists in formats rather than one-offs. A new date reuses the layout, which is what makes a weekly calendar sustainable.
